The ROC - Horseback Riding & Indian Canyons

The ROC, Recreation Outdoor Club, offers a unique opportunity to explore the great outdoors through a variety of activities with experienced professionals to guide your adventure. The ROC offers 6 days of Winter adventures during the holiday season. Which adventure fits you?
It's time to ride! We have learned over the years that kids from the valley love horses, and we want to deliver. We put together a two activity day where we start our adventure at the Smoke Tree Stables and take a guided tour… Show more thru the nature desert wash with the professionals from the stables. Learn the history of these ancient paths and the long history we have with our beloved horses. Next we take a short trip up the road to the Indian Canyons where we arte greeted by a Park Ranger to welcome our arrival. We will travel the trails in search of natural watering pools and surrounding wildlife. We will have our lunch in the canyons and learn of the ancient history of this tribal land.
Pack a lunch, lots of water and a change of clothes. We are in search of water and it's up to you to get in...
